Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $125 before tax. Any order under $125, before tax, will be subject to a non-refundable shipping charge of $5. If there is a back order and your order will be delayed, you will be promptly notified and you can choose to cancel your order. You can always email or call The Heel to check on the status of your order.
We ship to the US only.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with the item(s) you order online. Any items you are not satisfied with can be returned within our 30 DAY EASY RETURN POLICY for a full refund minus shipping charges. To receive a full refund minus shipping charges, items must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging. *Items must be unworn and in like-new condition with original packaging and tags*
ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL SHIP DATE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND
Any items that are not returned with the original packing and tags, and show signs of wear are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Items returned after 30 days, but within 60 days are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.
Please place the item(s) you are returning in a proper shipping box or padded envelope. To help recycle, we highly encourage reusing the box shipped to you.
Any items received after 60 days of original ship date will not be refunded.
