What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be satisfied with the item(s) you purchase at The Heel.  Any items you are not satisfied with can be returned within our 30 DAY EASY RETURN POLICY for a full refund. To receive a full refund, items must be returned to us in original condition and in the original product box. *Items must be unworn and in like-new condition with original packaging and tags*   

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND

Any items that are not returned with the original packaging and tags, and show signs of wear are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Items returned after 30 days, but within 60 days are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.

Any items returned after 60 days of original purchase date will not be refunded.


Do I need an appointment?

No, appointments are not necessary, but are encouraged for customers needing an in-depth evaluation or if you’d like to work with a particular staff member.  Please call us at (920)435-0721 to schedule an appointment at your convenience.

Monday-Friday 9am-7pm
Saturday 9am-4pm


I have Warranty question – what should I do?

Please bring any items purchased at The Heel back to our store – our staff will answer any possible warranty questions you might have. Most warranty claims are handled in-house, but each instance will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The prevailing manufacturer’s warranty will always apply, but we want you to be satisfied with the item(s) you purchase at The Heel.  We will do everything we can to help with any issue.
